Calcium Ferrite Synthetic slag
Calcium Ferrite is the mixture of Limestone and Iron mill scale taken from Steel mills is fused and is formed calcium ferrite.
Synthetic slag Character:
1, Slagging speed. Because of the slag conditions improve, lime use efficiency, can save lime consumption.
2, Due to good slag, created good dephosphorization in the furnace conditions. The purposes of prophase dephosphorization, increase the rate of dephosphorization 3 ~ 5%.
3, the premelting steelmaking slag agent (calcium ferrite) can accelerate the dissolution of limestone, and therefore do not need to reoccupy fluorite to melt and achieve fluorine-free steelmaking; Lining erosion reduction, to reduce the environmental pollution
4, In smelting slag is good, smooth, reduce spillage molten steel, which can improve the steel liquid yield is about 1%.
5, Shorten the melting time. The rapidness of slag, high efficiency dephosphorization rate, smelting time can be shortened.
